General Requirements
We invite any UCI undergraduate or graduate student with a passion for chemistry to consider membership. The pledging process occurs every quarter, starting with a week filled with exciting rush events and opportunities to learn about our fraternity.
Please check back in the beginning of September for more information for Fall Rush 2022.
Pledge Requirements
Pledge candidates have to meet the following requirements:

A student enrolled at UCI who is taking or has completed at least one Chemistry course.

Have and maintain good standing within their respective Department, their respective School and the University of California-Irvine.

Complete a professional interview with active members.
The Pledging Process
The pledging process includes:

Attending weekly Pledge Education class.

Completing interviews with all active members.
-
Completing fundraising and study hours.
-
Presenting at the pledge Research Symposium.

Attending class Brotherhood Event.
-
Planning and attending a Pledge Event.
-
Paying National Fees, a one-time pledge and lifetime membership fee, two weeks before initiation.
